White Paper 8: Tracing Lines of Practice: Organisational Learning, AI Governance and Professional Expertise

This white paper extends Entagogy beyond education, offering a framework for organisational learning, AI governance, and professional expertise in AI-enabled environments. It argues that current systems prioritise outputs, efficiency, and compliance while obscuring the cognitive, metacognitive, and ethical processes that underpin effective decision-making.
